Very easy to schedule a convenient time for pick up. Two men arrived exactly on time, quoted the price involved (which confirmed what I was originally told when I made the arrangement) and proceeded to pick up my large, heavy item. In and out very quickly. Very relieved to be rid of it with no muss or fuss. Great service.
